A very good CAD and Drawing viewer is included in the package and does a great job of working with your plans. This program also allows you to edit your drawings so that you customize and make your own unique plans

Peronally, I have never had a need for the editing features of this software. To me and I'm sure that most do-it-yourselfers will agree that the projects plans are fine the way they are. However, if you are very creative and want to go that extra step or see a modification that would really help a piece fit your needs better then that capability is there.
